1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and gv111 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the gv111 website located at https://gv111.ws, including all games, promotions, services, and content made available through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the gv111 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

2Eligibility Requirements

Access to gv111 is restricted. To register an account and use the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, playing, or depositing on gv111.
• You must be a natural person acting in your individual capacity and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing gv111 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or have an active voluntary exclusion in place with any gambling platform at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must keep your account details up to date at all times.

3Account Registration

Each eligible user may register one account only. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gv111 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify gv111 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person or that your credentials have been compromised.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. gv111 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• gv111 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage and to request supporting documentation including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

gv111 does not charge any fee for account registration. Creating a gv111 account is free of charge. Any deposits made to your account are for the purpose of funding gameplay only and are not investments, loans, or savings instruments.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

gv111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless gv111 grants an exception in writing. This requirement exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• gv111 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply its own transaction fees, for which gv111 bears no responsibility.
• Before the first withdrawal from any account, gv111 requires successful completion of a one-time KYC identity verification. This verification is mandatory and cannot be waived.
• gv111 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or if the account is under investigation.

5Bonuses and Promotions

gv111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including a welcome bonus, daily reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and to the specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the wagering requirement stated in the individual promotion. No bonus funds may be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player per promotion period unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
• gv111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus funds already credited and for which the wagering requirement is actively being met will not be removed retroactively.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until the wagering requirement is satisfied. Bonus balances do not accrue interest.
• If gv111 determines that a player has abused any bonus or promotional offer — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of automated software — gv111 reserves the right to void all bonuses, void associated winnings, and close the account.

Seasonal and event-based promotions (for example, BPL season offers or Eid specials) are time-limited. The expiry date and time of each promotion will be published on the platform in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account without compensation.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on gv111 are subject to the specific rules of the game or sports market in which the bet is placed, as well as the general platform rules set out in this section. By placing any bet on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game or market rules.

• Bets accepted by gv111 are final. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or any disruption that results in a bet being placed or settled incorrectly, gv111 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface and may change at any time at gv111's discretion.
• For cricket betting markets, gv111 follows standard international cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or reduced in overs, settlement rules specific to the affected market will apply as stated in the market description.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gv111 platform. Any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cooperative play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit another player.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Opening duplicate accounts or registering on behalf of another person, whether with or without their knowledge and consent.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the platform. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a technical error must be reported to gv111 immediately and are subject to forfeiture.

8Account Suspension and Termination

gv111 may suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, or bonus abuse policies.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the period requested by gv111, or provision of false, misleading, or forged documentation.
• At the player's own written request to close their account, including requests made through the self-exclusion programme under Section 11 of these Terms.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the gv111 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, promotional materials, software code, and database structures — is the exclusive property of gv111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the prior written consent of gv111.

The gv111 name, logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are the property of gv111. Unauthorised use of any gv111 trademark — including in meta tags, advertising, or social media — is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gv111 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including in the following circumstances:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including losses incurred during sports betting, live casino gameplay, slot sessions, or crash game rounds.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical errors beyond gv111's reasonable control, including failures caused by third-party service providers, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account where gv111 has provided reasonable security infrastructure and the breach arose from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

11Responsible Gaming
